I hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New

Just to let you know... All of us in Middle School have been doing a great job in studying sentence structure and related grammar.  We have delved into the mysteries of transitive and intransitive sentences.  We have explored active and linking verbs.  We have distinguished between direct objects and predicate nouns.  We have not been daunted by the complexities if indirect objects, nor have we balked at predicate adjectives!

 

We have learned the procedure to diagram sentences and have not been confounded by compound subjects, verbs, direct objects, etc. And the vocabulary!   well, where do we begin? A lot has been happening, and there's a lot more to come!  

 

In the meantime, take a deep breath and enjoy the blessings of Christmas!
